We found the perfect spot on N Lower Sacramento Rd with plans for a small to-go restaurant featuring a few tables for customers craving a quick cup of coffee and sandwich before the day starts.

Though the space is modest and often full, especially on Sundays at noon, the warmth and flavor of Mom's food keep customers coming back. Our menu reflects genuine Vietnamese comfort food, with fresh spring rolls praised for their perfect fish sauce and pho broth celebrated as the best in Stockton — so good that customers say they don't need to add anything else. I should have taken pictures. AMAZING! Visiting from Indiana and was invited to eat at Mama's Pho. Ordered spring rolls and Mama's Pho. The best scoring rolls I have ever had. The fish sauce paired perfectly with the rolls. The Pho came in the sizes: small, large and extra large. I got the large and should have ordered the small. It was enough for 2 people. I was shocked at how cheap the bill was at the end of the meal. You can't eat at any of the day food joints and get the amount of food we did for the price we paid. I highly recommend this place.

Easily some of the best pho I've ever had. Tasted fresh and flavorful! Banh mi is great too, the bread isn't hard to bite through. Space is small, and often packed for good reason. Highly recommend!
